The Arizona Cardinals provided valuable financial benefits beyond simple salary figure when they extended their contract with Trey McBride.

Professional tight end Trey McBride reached peak status as the NFL’s most rewarded player after landing a four-year deal from the Arizona Cardinals that will pay him up to $76 million.

The new professional agreement between Arizona and McBride provides him with $43 million guarantee and a duration that extends through the 2029 season.

McBride’s latest contract surpasses the current top position payment of $17.1 million annually received by Travis Kelce from the Kansas City Chiefs through a yearly average of $19 million.

McBride entered the NFL after the Cardinals selected him in the 2022 second round from Colorado State and has spent every year of his professional career in Arizona.
